I know this a long review, but just bear with me, I have a lot to say. We had a flight to Sudan, we were excited to go on our vacation, when we got there and when we were checking in they said we needed a Visa(We have a green card, which is basically an International visa) to stop in Paris, but in fact we actually didn't and we didn't believe it because, we were never informed even though we booked our flight 2 months early and we were purposely and strategically moved around from line to line, until our plane's door closed. At first the lady was checking us in and, we fought for our vacation, we called Air-France and they said we didn't need a Visa for any of the gate to gate stops we had, which were Paris and Amsterdam. By that time KLM AND Air France's counters were closed, so then we went down to Delta which had a partnership with Airfrance and klm, they immediately and kindly helped us an got us tix for 1 day later, and we were not even the first and probably not the last for this to happen, i know this because i saw 6 or 7 other African families and Muslim people who were most likely being profiled, all in the same line after they were kicked out of the check in line back and forth till they missed their flight just like us. In the end we had to bribe, the flight Booker adjusted the Airlines money needs for booking :p, in the end he took all the cash we had and and put it not in a register but in his pocket and his drawer
