VERY child UNFRIENDLY
The staff has that blunt Iberia attitude that made Iberia a redundant airline.
Long haul charging 3 euros for a bad quality headset(give me a break PLEASE)
The foodd on Long Haul (Buenos Aires to Madrid and vs) was pathetic.
If you want something better you need to pay for that was the answer from the rude staff.
A Stewardess knocked on the bathroom door while i was busy to inform me that i shut the door too hard(the door was broken by the way i had to explain to her when i got out)She wouldnt stop knocking the door sort of like a crazy person .
There are no games and the movies to select from are just 5.
The Sound didnt work in sppite of paying 3 euros for the headset .
The answer to that was sorry we dont do refund just wait for the sound to come which never happened.
