“Bad airline, bad service, fascistic staff and worse”

From the first minutes on board, when the pilot began to back away from the gate even while passengers were still making their way to their seats, this airline was clearly going to be trouble. The situation was not helped at all by flight attendants who completely ignored the requests of passengers, handed out beverages to some but not all (even though one has to pay for them) and so passengers had to chase after them to be served; and by ground personnel who violated the airline's own regulations for carry-on luggage in order to get people to pay additional baggage costs. (In other words: bags that were small enough to fit on the plane going over were not accepted on the plane returning; passengers with bags that were within the 23 kilo weight limit were still charged overweight; numerous passengers found themselves arguing with ground staff and forced to pay additional charges in order to receive their boarding cards even when the ground staff was in the wrong.)

There is nothing at all to recommend this airline other than the low fares, which are simply deceptive since the airline violates its own baggage rules in order to force passengers to pay additional fees that make up the difference. The fact that the pilots violate FAA safety rules is simply unacceptable and unforgivable. The airline should be shut down.

Oh no, We experienced something similar,they don't care once they get your money, they lost our bags and when we got them back they were damaged and they were opened in Madrid and items from the bag were stolen, after contacting customer services I was sent t list of things to send to the airline to get compensated,guess what they sent me terms and conditions and that was it I had reciepts original documents and all. photographs included. Rip off company
