“lost baggage”

I'm a single mother from Seychelles and my daughter left Seychelles via Doha,Madrid to Havana to continue her studies on the 01st September 2012, on flight UX 51.She has a suitcase and 2 bags,when she arrive in Havana she did not get her baggage not even a bag.Her uniform, her books and all her clothes is in them, up to now she still going to the airport in search of her thing and they tell her that the plane is coming this morning or tonight and her baggage is coming on this one but nothing, and the little money that she has to buy her food is coming to an end just paying taxis. I'm very angry and disappointed with such attitude.I don't know other thing concerning this plane but this is what I know. how can she concentrate in her studies and a mother who has save for almost a year to give your child what she need to carry with her,whose going in a far away land.how can I sleep thinking that my daughter has nothing.I think caring is very important for an airline.loosing your baggage is it the cost of paying cheap flight

Oh no, We experienced something similar,they don't care once they get your money, they lost our bags and when we got them back they were damaged and they were opened in Madrid and items from the bag were stolen, after contacting customer services I was sent t list of things to send to the airline to get compensated,guess what they sent me terms and conditions and that was it I had reciepts original documents and all. photographs included. Rip off company
