Don't give a **it when your flight is delayed/canceled. Didn't reimburse me for the ticket after I had to make alternative arrangements to get home (on my own costs); reason: technical problem with the aircraft --> flight canceled. Last few times similar horrible experience. Never again! Stay away if you can. Hope the government stops subsidizing this s*ithole, and they bankrupt soon.
