AIRLAUDA lost our luggage way to H10 GranCanaria. They have broke and lost half of our golf clubs and equipement and they have still not refund us while we did severla requests. AIRBERLIN does not want to refund!!!!
I would suggest not to fly AIR BERLIN ever since their service is bellow every expectations!!!
