I bought a ticket from Palanga - Berlin (transfer at Riga) and just a a day before my flight my friend offered me to drive me directly to Riga since he was going there for a business trip.

I came to the airport an Air-Baltic ticket officer told me that my ticket is canceled completely, because I was not fallowing the rules. I had to fly from Palanga - Riga - Berlin and I can't come directly to transferring Riga's airport. I was forced to buy new ticket and take the same flight to Berlin.

I didn't know that going directly to transferring airport after check-in online would be something wrong. I think Air-Baltic ticket officer should explain me that I should not do this next time and maybe it would be even OK to ask to pay small fee for this situation, but canceling my ticket completely is a way to much, considering that I still have to take the same flight.

I will consider never using this airline again because I was treated like an idiot and not like a customer.
