I traveled from Kuala Lumpur to another city in Malaysia. It was a disaster. The LCCT airport is a mess and disgrace. There were long and disorganised queues everywhere and folks could easily miss flights because of the poor management and communication. The place is poorly signposted and the staff is far from helpful. The tickets are not cheap. You get what you pay for. The ground staff are absolutely not polite. Air Asia is all about making profits without compassion and consideration to passengers at all. Eventhough i wrote to them, they did not even bother to read my letter completely. i have traveled extensively and have never been so upset with any company. Worst airline company i have ever experienced.
