“Worst Air Airline. Avoid At All Cost ”

I traveled from Kuala Lumpur to another city in Malaysia. It was a disaster. The LCCT airport is a mess and disgrace. There were long and disorganised queues everywhere and folks could easily miss flights because of the poor management and communication. The place is poorly signposted and the staff is far from helpful. The tickets are not cheap. You get what you pay for. The ground staff are absolutely not polite. Air Asia is all about making profits without compassion and consideration to passengers at all. Eventhough i wrote to them, they did not even bother to read my letter completely. i have traveled extensively and have never been so upset with any company. Worst airline company i have ever experienced.

Believe me you are not alone. What you describe is what I went through. On top of all the chaos and rudeness I also had to spend a lot of money to buy a new ticket for a missed connecting flight due to an Air Asia flight which was late. A senseless reply from customer service weeks and then months after my initial letter. I hope others will continue to warn people to stay away from Air Asia.
