Due to political instability, we were allowed to cancel our flight to bangkok, and were in theory allowed to rebook at a later time. We never got that far.
1. Terrible customer support. I could NEVER talk to a human despite miltiple calls.
2. Submitted online query for rebooking, received standard format email reply with instructions how to redeem flight - instructions refer to functions that DO NOT EXIST on the airasia website therefore it was impossible to do anything. I am very computer savvy btw..
3. Following another more serious complaint highlighting how I could not follow email instructions in 2., I received a reply with the exact same standard format response. Absolutely useless.
