Flight was delayed for over 4 hours. Meal/drink voucher provided in compensation was only 100 THB, barely enough even to buy a drink in the terminal. The gate kept being changed during the delay so we got some unexpected exercise moving from one end of the terminal to the other. Of course the flight was booked on Air Asia's tortuously incomprehensible website in the first place. All in all, life is too short to deal with an airline like this. Unless you have no choice, find another carrier. We did for our return flight and the loss of the fare we had paid for was compensated for by the knowledge that we would not have to endure any further dealings with this awful airline. Having undergone a previous stressful delay with Air Asia, we should have known better than to use them again.
