“Baggage fight.”

Passengers should fight airlines charges on baggage and should demand a refund on the weight that they are not using. For example today I submitted my bag which weighted about 13 kilos, when I had paid for 20 kilos and I asked for a refund. Reasoning with the service person that they would charge me more if I was overweight so it's not unreasonable to ask for a refund when one is underweight. A creaking door gets oiled, so this will be my mantra from now on and I would advise other passengers to do the same. Let's fight back
