Was going to Dublin but my luggage got stolen on the way to the airport. Couldn't board the flight obviously, so I asked the staff to change my ticket even though I hadn't paid a cancellation fee. After a few calls they changed my outward ticket for a fee of 75 euros, and whished me Happy New Year. They really went out of their way to help me! Would recommend Aer Lingus to anyone.
