“Refund problems”

I was supposed to fly to New York with AerLingus but My flight got cancelled because of the hurricane on the east cost. I requested a refund for the tickets but still after 1 month have not received any money. Have send 3 emails (ccc@aerlingus.com) during last week but no answer yet. Completely unprofessional.

See 'Left in Boston'. I spoke with them and according to their customer service, leaving a person 2000+ miles from the final destination does not recommend a refund. Good luck...
