Connecting flight from DUS to DUB and DUB to DUS, no business class available even when booked for the whole flight to BOS, that means no lounge in DUS. Female Personnel on board from DUB / DUS (not on the terminal) was disinterested to rude, the word please was unknown. The passenger next to me in Row 1 was kicked in the foot, so he should take this out of the aisle.
The staff was busy on both flights immediately after the start of to prepare coffee and sandwiches for their needs and to eat this, only one had to perform the sales. Seems to be an easy job for them.
