I would like to thank all at Aer Lingus especially one Brian McKeown in Heathrow airport. They showed amazing generosity and compassion, sadly missing from most airlines, to allow me and my family to get a flight out fre of charge as we had problems making a connection. Truly brilliant! The staff were helpful and unlke most other airlines showed true generosity and humanism in not charging us even though they had the right. I cannot say enough! We would be stranded in Heathrow still if they had'nt. Thats worth mosre than anyting and I will certainly be using them again and referring them to any and all that I can. Mr. McKeown you are a legend sir!
