After reading all these reviews, I was shocked that they were so bad. I can only say good things about this airline. My son & I were stuck in San Francisco for 8 hours, worried we would miss are flight leaving JFK via Aer Lingus (JFK had only one runway open due to high winds.) Aer Lingus texted me letting me know their flight would leave at 3:00 a.m due to the Volcanic cloud. We raced through JFK, greeted by a nice ticket agent and made our flight! Unbelievable! My son ate a dinner free while I slept comfortably on 4 seats in the middle that were available at no extra charge. The flight attendant was so conversive with my son and the movie was great. Upon our return, they redirected my flight to take Air France due to weather out of Dublin I would not make my JFK connecting flight. The agent was so helpful, leaving her long line of people to open the security doors to let us onto Air France-no extra charge again. Now, I've flown extensively, I must say this was the best airline! I would recommend it to anyone! Cheap too!
