my 1st air rifle was an smk xs36-2 underlever and i have to say that once i`d stuck a decent scope on it and got used to the fiddlyness of loading it with the hefty new scope covering most of the chamber it was simply a pleasure to use...yes it was a heavy rifle but my god, it was like a sledgehammer with an accurate shot!!! i traded it in for a psp rifle and regretted it within days, for the price i paid - £100 - it was lethal and served its purpose of killing rabbits with devastating accuracy with regular zero-ing in sessions. to those who complain about it i can say only this....get back to the range and learn to shoot before blaming this rifle, and if its too heavy then you maybe just arent suited to shooting!!!
