“Original mod45 .20 cal”

I have one of the above mentioned air rifles. Have had it over 20 years and yes it's a 20 cal. Not the run of the mill .177 or .22
What I would like to know is, are they rare? Are they valuable? It shoots perfectly, powerful and low recoil accuracy. 4x32 scope mounted.
