I've suffered with prickly heat for years. Every time I'm in a hot climate wearing sun cream, in and out of the pool and sea. I've tried all kinds of antihistamines, skin vitamins, anti allergy sun cream, soaking in bi carbonate of soda, creams from the pharmacy and doctors, nothing worked. I found this in the hotel shop on my latest trip away, I can safely say I won't be going away without it again. Within an hour of applying the lotion to clean skin the prickly heat had gone down and by the next morning completely cleared up. I used it for the rest of the holiday and I was fine no prickly heat rash! 10/10

I have previously suffered from heat rash on multiple holidays. I was dreading my recent trip to Barbados because of this and so to prepare I looked into and bought multiple products to cover me if it appeared. I bought the Rona Ross wash and lotion and also the low factor spf 10 suncream/gel. Great success! I didnt get it this time! I had a slight rash appear so treated it as heat rash with these products and it disappeared. I also had a few sunbeds before going and exfoliated every night. Please try all of the above and take it easy in the sun and then hopefully you will remain rash free just like me.

“Prickly Heat woes”

I have suffered with PH for 20 years, my only saving grace was some Delial thats now no longer manufactured, i found Rona Ross last week on the internet. My sports interest is golf so with PH its a nightmare, applied Rona Ross SPF10 on Saturday and Sunday with temps in the low 30's i have no PH at all, amazed so i have just bought another bottle

Having suffered from prickly heat for the last few years I came across Natural SkinCare UK and the Rona Ross products. I can honestly say that this year after following every bit of advice going about preventing prickly heat and using the entire recommended suite of products from Rona Ross I actually suffered my worst bout of prickly heat yet! I don't believe that there is a prevention or cure for prickly heat, it's just a question of your skin getting used to the high temperatures. After a week, no new prickles wewre coming up and with the help of some hydrocortisone cream from the pharmacist my rash had completely disappeared by the time I cam home after a fortnight.

The Rona Ross prickly heat lotion and gel wash has allowed my teenage daughter to enjoy holidays to warm places, without the misery of red itchy bumps apppearing on the 3rd day's exposure to foreign sun. I thought this was prickly heat, but having read the excellent diagnonis pages on Natural Skincare's website, I now believe it to be a photo allergic eruption. The Rona Ross products bring immediate relief from an unsightly and itchy rash that starts on the chest/face/shoulders and spreads to arms, trunk, legs. We found the lotion in Cyprus several years ago, and stocked up in Greece last year, but I am very pleased to find it cheaper on Natural Skincare's website. If you suffer in the sun, try Rona Ross products

I seem to suffer identicaly from what you describe of your daughter. It always appears after the first few days and always starts on chest I always presumed it to be prickly heat! Could you please tell me which suncream she uses as I was going to get Piz Buin allergy but have read terrible reviews. Is the rona ross suncream ok since it only comes in spf 15 at most?

Went on holiday to Cyprus and 6 year old daughter developed heat rash on her shoulders, went to pharmacy who gave us some Rona Ross prickly heat lotion. Within a few minutes the itching had gone and by evening the rash had gone. No bad points, maybe a little on the dear side but who cares if it works! BRILLIANT product, have already recommended to a friend. Just wish I'd have found it years ago when I used to get prickly heat!

Rona Ross Prickly Heat Lotion and Gel Wash. At last there is a product that really works!!! The Lotion is great to take the itch out of the skin and reduce the rash. I shower with the prickly heat gel wash after being in the sun and then apply the lotion. Great products! This has anti-bacterial and anit-fungal properties.

I have tried Rona Ross prickly heat lotion and while it didnt seem to make that much of a difference the prickly heat didnt get any worse. But I absolutely agree that it is about your skin getting used to heat - if I go abroad having had absolutely no sun or warm weather in the UK I suffer from the worst prickly heat but if I have already been exposed to some sun then it wont be so bad - I have even had prickly heat in the UK after experiencing first sun and warm after the winter and I have suffered for ever from it.
