I took advantage of an offer where they would send £50 M&S voucher when you signed up for Sky broadband. Not only do they say that it takes 90 days (I wonder why that is - presumably hoping people will forget), but they managed to "lose" three separate orders for different family members, placed at different addresses, and then provide no explanation as to why that 100% failure rate might happen.
As it happens I am still mailing back and forth being told one day that it will be sent, and the next that they don't know. Even more frustrating is that every time you mail them you get "I'll come back to you in 48 hours", and nothing. Awful, awful company.
