I just phoned affiliate window to discuss create an affiliate campaign for a new website launch. The guy of the phone essentially just said: "call back when your website is live". Basically, that was it. He didn't want to discuss my product, understand what we were looking to do, or even sell their service.

I understand that they may want to check a site out before agreeing a contract, but to not even try and sell their service or discuss what it is that they do is incredible.

I was trying to ask questions like who else they had in a similar area to ours, what could be the potential reach, etc. to put some numbers together - but there was no interest in taking anything further. I was clearly getting frustrated and felt like I was being stonewalled - AND I AM THE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER! I will take my £500,000 budget elsewhere.
