why couldnt there be a half a star for the rating?

I chose Admiral due to the low quote i got, i am 29 years old, was insured on a 2002 audi a4 for £120.00 x 12 monthly payments on fully comprehensive insurance.

Renewed my insurance through Admiral. They debited my Amex, then claimed that the card was never accepted despite plenty of credit. AMEX have no record of a refused transaction. Admiral sent a letter over the Xmas holidays. I returned to find that they cancelled the insurance and charged me 62UKP. T ...
