    I had saved up hard to buy my son a birthday present. Unfortunately, he has had to forego the gift because (yes you've guessed it!)these animals stole money from my account without my permission. I'm still gob-smacked and shocked that these people can get away with it.

    Avoid at all costs! After a no fault accident on M6 our car was written off - Admiral did not provide any assistance at the scene and couldn't arrange a hire car; we had to do everything ourselves.
