Phoned Insure & Protect this morning @ 9:15am and by 9:30am had my cover set up. Had the most helpful Protection Sales Consultant, in my opinion he is 1 of the main reason I took this policy out & the other reason was the great deal i was offered by him as he researched all the aspects I required in my policy in a friendly manner and answered all my question (which there where a lot) with out hesitation. Would recommend Insure & Protect to all my Family & Friends . Thanks again.

My personal advisor was both friendly and knowledgeable about the options available to me for income protection for sickness and injury. He understood my circumstances well and advised on the pros and cons of all the policies we discussed. I feel that the policy I have now chosen is perfect for what I need. I liked the call back function they offered and other features of the plan, such as a 14 day cooling off period and the ability to bolt on other elements to the plan at a future date. Everything about the insurance was explained and easily understood. You were asked at every step if everything was clear. You were also told that you could cancel at any time if you changed your mind or decided not to take it any more. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends as long as they were definitely interested in the product as you do feel a little pressured to take the policy out immediately.

I rang looking for employment protection insurance. The service was friendly helpful and genuine (not scripted). Although the staff are suposed to be neutral and not advise in anyway I did feel that I was slightly pushed towards a particular policy. However, it was accepted when I declined it and asked for more time to consider it and on investigating it was the best policy I could find for myself.

I needed to adjust my existing policy and as a test, I tried an online quote with Money Supermarket. I got a phone call back from an advisor at Insure & Protect and the quote came out much cheaper with lots of extra benefits. So I took out the insurance and cancelled the old one.
