Very poor - like most people I took out the ADSA credit card to save money on fuel. I now feel that paying an extra 2p per litre is a small cost compared to the administrative nightmare that is Asda card services. Cancelled after 2 months due to the

I am very disappointed. They have my money and tell me that I could wait up to 4 weeks before it is credited to my account. The complaints proceedure is non exsistant so I can only vent my frustration through this

Money off vouchers last year gave me a nice £76 at Christmas so this year I spend a lot more on my card with work expenses etc thinking I would get more vouchers... statement through this morning gave £27! I called and enquired how they were calculated an why different from last year apparantly they have been capped at £30 max... I can recall no notification of this! Can they change just like ...

Paying online difficult. I sometimes get a message saying your bill's available but I can't get at it as it's blocked. They've stopped my card twice this year without warning, the security problem is never explained and you have to ring the 10p a minute line and listen to Vivaldi while the call centre passes me around, calls average 30 minutes.
Communication about my problems just gets passed on and never resolved.
I'm giving up my card it isn't worth the hassle and all I get is big ...

I like the storecard as you can only use it instore & for fuel which i think you can keep tabs of your spending more easily.
Don't think that the amount off points per spend are very rewarding as since november 07 I have spent roughly 3300 & have got £23 something back in vouchers over 12 ...
