“Unhelpful and reather useless”

By mistake we bought the wrong printer cartridges. Having noticed this just after two weeks Euroffice refused a refund as it was past its 14 days policy. What stupid people?! We would have bought the correct and more expensive cartridges as replacement and would have certainly bought additional stationary over the coming months. However, rules and stupidity ruled over common and commercial sense. I cannot recommend this company given that there are actually cheaper and more helpful companies… Read Full Review

“Bad customer service attitude”

My company tried Euroffice for the first time recently and after ordering the wrong laser product (wrong by one digit), the "customer services manager" was completly inflexible about returnes and stated that I should have read the small print about returns. Although my company understand why it would be difficult for Euroffice to take a return on a wrongly ordered toner (Viking does for example), the customer services manager was inflexible, and didn't seem to care whether we took our business… Read Full Review

“Best prices: great service”

I hadn't realised but I've now been buying product from Euroffice for almost 5 years. Whenever I need print supplies, I do a quick bit of online research to compare prices and Euroffice always comes out on top. You'd think being the cheapest, their service would be lousy. But not so. I've always been able to reach them by phone easily, they're helpful when I do speak to them and deliveries are always very speedy. Just as well since I'm often in a panic to get something delivered! “Missing Item from Order”

Placed an order on 29th Jan 2015 for 2 items but only 1 package was received on 2nd Feb, thinking missing item was to follow. After 2 weeks telephoned Euroffice to confirm there was a shortage in my order, only to be told I should have contacted them within 7 days - it was in the terms & conditions. Hi - thank you for your response. I have done, as requested, contacted a customer adviser who has confirmed your T&C's and is not willing to do anything. Please confirm why you have asked me to do this when they are not willing to help.

“Terrible returns !”

Delivery was quick, the products I bought were OK - nothing special. But the returns procedures ..... disastrous! Rather than sending you a returns label, like most other companies, they promise that a courier will be collecting any unwanted/damaged item, and that the process should take no longer than 3 days. We have been very impressed with euroffice since we started purchasing from them last year. The first time you purchase from euroffice you get a 20% discount voucher! We especially love their coke for a £1 deals! where else can you get 24 cans of coke for only a quid! Especially on a4 printer paper they are have the best prices. Found Twinlock cash sheets on sale with Euroffice that I thought had been out of print for years. I had placed an order for 2 office chairs, these both arrived next day and the quality was outstanding. My office chair is the envy of the office and I'd expect a chair of this quality to have cost a lot more than I paid. “Re Credit for return of faulty goods”

Euroffice are good for the supply of goods but when it comes to returning compatible ink cartridges which did not work, the customer service is absolutely rubbish. Received part refund after 2 months of constant emails and telephone call but still waiting for the balance to be credited. Keep promising it but still not received. “The worst customer service I have ever experienced”

The customer service at Euroffice is quite literally the worst I have ever experienced. Firstly they sent me equipment which was misrepresented on their website and not fit for purpose. Then on agreeing to process a refund, it took me 8 phone calls and 6 weeks to receive half of my money back. I am still chasing them for the other half which is £100+, and so far daily phone calls have failed to produce results. FAO: The Complaints Department; I regret to inform you that MCC Admin Ltd will no longer be using the services of Euro Office due to us finding that service over the last 6 months has rapidly declined. MCC Admin are currently still waiting for items ordered 1 week ago, and the items in question are basic stationary, and NOT bespoke items. “Incompetent with poor customer service”

Ordered three tall bookcases from this place. Next day, four packages arrived, which I thought were two bookases with one bookcase backordered. Turned out TWO of the packages were correct pieces of the bookcases, but two were completely different products (so could not assemble either bookcase).
