I switched to Tesco broadband from old fashioned dial-up about 5 years ago and I only have one complaint-the price.£13 for the slower 500kb and £18 for 1mb broadband only is very steep,for an extra £2 the Post Office can offer broadband/home phone which is why I'm switching.The cost aside,Tesco broadband is very good and reliable.1mb might seem slow but it's just as fast as my dad's 8mb with Sky.You have 15 e-mail addresses and free anti-virus(when I joined) and the set up is easy.I can't remember the last time I had to contact customer services so it's very reliable.I like Tesco broadband but they need to review their prices.If the Post Office are as reliable as Tesco I'll be happy.
