Good Points

great choice of tools, powerful suction, cord rewind, options for carpet height, can switch brush bar on and off for carpets or hard flooring. Attachable tube to extend for stair cleaning (saves carrying hoover step by step)

Bad Points

Heavy item, but for me all other points make up for this.

General Comments

I bought the Vax Mach 6 on 17.5.09 in replace of my 1500 watt Sanyo hoover. I have 2 cats where their loose hair grips my bedroom carpet like velcro. Sanyo couldn't pick up these hairs, even when using the tools on the Sanyo it was a nightmare to shift the cat hairs. Mach 6 does this no problem and does better edge cleaning than my old hoover.
